小淵沢の石仏　その２

8月25日のブログで、小淵沢スパティオの道に八番から十七番まで番号の振られた石仏が置かれている話をいたしました。

今日、いつも通る道を車で通り抜けてしまい、気にもかけていなかったのですが、四番の番号が振られた石仏に会いました。やはり、町は歩くに限ります。石仏の脇には「身体守護」と文字が彫られていました。体をお守りしてくれる、ありがたい石仏です。となると気になるのが、一番から三番までの石仏、あるいは十七番以降の石仏は、どこにあるのでしょうか。今年のテーマが決まってしまいました。

Stone Buddha in Kobuchisawa-cho Parr2

In my blog of August 25, I mentioned that there are stone Buddhas numbered from 8 to 17 on the road to Kobuchizawa Spatio.

Today, as I drove past the road I usually take, I didn't pay attention to it, but I came across a stone Buddha with the number 4. I knew I had to walk around the town. On the side of the stone Buddha, the words "Body Protection" were carved. It is a stone Buddha that protects your body. So I was wondering, where are the first three stone Buddhas, or the eighteenth and onwards? This year's theme has been decided already.
